I hate what WB has done with those animated films, a couple of them are decent but majority are terrible and not even close to any comic

i always hate it his costume and i think he looks corny and the people in metropolis were dumb as hell for not realizing that kent was superman.
i'm a marvel guy although i did collect batman and a little spawn when younger.

I can understand why Superman isn't a favorite for alot of people, he's virtually indestructible and very pious. Plus alot of his nemesis/villains aren't really that cool, and the ones that are would be ridiculously expensive to bring to the screen.

excellent point, to me his coolest nemesis was darkseid and he's just a cheap immitation of the great THANOS who btw kicked darkseid's ass in a marvel-dc crossover

This is one of my favorite characters ever and one of THE greatest villain.

You can't be a comic book fan and hate Superman. He's the Grandaddy of all super-heros. There'd be no Marvel or any super-hero comics as we know it without Superman.

Superman isn't as lame as people think he is. The stupid comic book censorship is what made him lame, along with Batman, and a lot of comics during that time.

Superman originaly killed people. He ripped wings off of airplanes, threw car load of thugs off buildings, hung corrupt politicans out windows, got shot at by the cops and laughed at it.

People just perverted Superman. Donner movies espcially by forcing a bunch of Jesus shit on him.

Fact is, Superman was created by two Jews who based him off of Moses and Samson. Not Jesus. There was nothing saintly about there Superman.

The Christophere Reeve Superman is as out dated as the Adam West Batman.

Here's hoping they bring Superman back to his more edgy roots.
