he didn't look focused before the bell sounded. i think the recent events in Japan have probably not helped. but credit to Gonzalez.

Hasegawa simply can't handle 126. The line up at 122 is pretty vicious too.

I think he wanted to continue. HIs legs weren't there. I think there was nothing wrong with that stoppage.

I didn't mind the stoppage. Hasegawa was doing well and winning the fight but got caught flush with some hooks at the end of the 3rd. Until the replay I thought Gonzalez took him down with a body shot. The only thing that bothered me was that Hasegawa looked like he was still recovering from the low blow. He went to protect his body when Gonzalez trapped him and got rocked. I wish he had taken more time to recover because he was clearly still winded.

yeah I noticed that as well. Boxing is a rough sport, these things happen.
