Manny Pacquiao vs Shane Mosley Fight Camp 360 ep 1

haven't watched it yet, but damn Manny is rocking a horrible hair style.

You know, I was excited that this was going to be shown in between final 4 basketball games, but apparently it was only in certain areas. I live in TX and it was not shown here. They just had a long postgame/pregame show. =(

Also, looked like Sugar Shane was going 101 mph at one point in that video. He should slow it down a bit.

That's a "Beatles Hairtyle" from the 60's. It was based on Ringo Starr's style (Drummer for the Beatles). Oscar Bonavena wore the same style which is why he was nicknamed "Ringo."

It agreed with Oscar. It doesn't agree with Manny. Somebody should help him out.

ali thanks for the clip[.its refreshing to actualy see a promotion between 2 nice guys that can bring an interest to a fight without the theatrics or the pushing shoving or downgrading the other fighter..both trainers work excellent with there fighters and both prepare there guy fully.
i agree with both roach and the other guy that the first 4 rounds is very dangerous.
also im glad to see that shanes slur is absent thus far.
mosleys over a 7 n half to one underdog.thats bigger then the first clay-liston fight..is the price right on shane.just maybe.can he do it..based on logic and his last 2 fights his age and inactivity the anser comes up no.no way...
but years ago i remember a 40 ish sugar ray robinson lossing 2 close fights to paul pender.ray had slipped 2 notches but was capable of fighting top middles with respect but he now seamed mearly mortal.about 6 months later ray fights gene fullmer again a far better fighter then pender.15 rounds not 12 like today..ray turned the clock back and fought fantastic to the point i and several others watched that fight and scored it 9-5-1 ray.a sixth middleweight title we thought..fullmer got a gift draw..
mosley has age against him as well as his last 2 performances much like robinson did.shane has all the physical advantages over manny ..danger indeed for the first 4 rounds.i expect manny to use his hand speed fast combos and angles plus footwork to eliminate that danger the first 4 rounds.i dont anticipate manny going to shane.just the opposite and let shane go to him.shane will.thats his nature.manny has to resist his tendency when he gets hit to fight back toe to toe the first 4 rounds.if he does he wins the tactical battle as well as the fight pulling away in rounds 6 to 9 and i can forsee naz calling it a halt in the tenth.
if manny doesnt then the ever present danger of the early rounds will present itself trust me..this time shane will go all out .mosley is not robinson.not even close to perform with brillence 12 rounds today instead of 15..he can perform with brillance for 4 rounds.the danger is real and not hype for that time frame..again its great to see 2 good guys respect each other.

This is Manny's most dangerous fight since Cotto and he appears (at least from these tv-docs) to have less focus from fight to fight. I think Pac handles Mosley, but I wouldn't be surprised with the upset.

I guess they weren't allowed to take any photos or footage when he was with Obama which is too bad. That would have been fun to see.

It came at 9am out here in the west coast, I was up early caught it

Grant - I met Michael Marley at a Solo Boxeo card, was telling me Manny is a real superstitious guy. How he hasnt cut his hair since the Marquez II fight, saying everytime he's had it short hasnt done so well in the ring. Morales I and Marquez rematch

Interesting, alot of athletes tend to be very superstitious. You get alot of soccer players over here who do certain things in the dressing room before matches.

Marley is a cool guy, fun to talk with him.
