Judge sides with the players. Owners were hiding money from the TV contracts to protect themselves for the lockout.
Brilliant move by the owners considering the players union is thinking about dissolving itself so they can diminish the owners power. How can an organization that no longer exists sue the owners?
Seems like the owners are two steps ahead of the players at all times.
