NBC Sports and Boxing?
I always keep an eye on the attention boxing receives on various websites. Depending on the website, it seems that boxing will receive more attention than mma and vice versa.
NBC Sports (formerly Versus), made a big announcement that they are putting together a fight series for boxing. So I went to their website to check some things out... wait, where's the boxing page?
There literally is NO boxing coverage on that website.
I see pro bull riding and cycling though! WTF?

Hopefully that will change now that Main Events has a deal with them.

I'm sure once Versus is rebranded NBC Sport's Network, they will have a boxing section on the webpage.
I found this on their webpage

Hopefully. I don't believe Versus has a boxing section on the website either. Versus' website no longer exists, it redirects to NBC Sports.

They will have to have a boxing section to promote their Fight Night series.

Hopefully they get a boxing writer too and don't do some stupid partnership with Yahoo.GrantZilla wrote:Shaun wrote:GrantZilla wrote:I'm sure once Versus is rebranded NBC Sport's Network, they will have a boxing section on the webpage.

I'll take them redirecing to some credible boxing site with people that cover boxing, then getting some clown that covers other sports and doesn't know shit about boxing doing the coverage. AKA Mannix at SI.

I can see them redirecting to Ring magazine as ESPN is out of the question.
