Body Slam?

Okay maybe not a body slam but lifting someone of the ground and throwing them down is not knocking someone out. I hate B-Hop as much as the next guy, but that fight should've been ruled a no contest.

Clearly not a legit KO, but yeah - go fight Pascal now. That's a fight I'd be interested in.

me too. Too bad that Dawson is already acting like an idiot (or as fat dan would say, "a graduate of the Winky Wright School of Boxing Business").

Dawson has said he doesn't want to go to Canada to fight Pascal. Dawson wants the fight in the US.

Makes alot of sense considering it would only draw 3000 people in the US versus 15,000 plus in Canada.

No reason why Dawson shouldn't be willing to fight in Canada. Both Hopkins/Pascal fights were fair decisions and in fact before Dawson lost to Pascal his manager was on record as saying he wanted to sell him as the next big draw for the Quebec fight scene.

what I don't get is why they didn't put BHOP/Dawson in Canada. Let Pascal have a stay busy fight on the undercard. Pack the freaking house! It would have been electric.

Dawson said he wants Pascal, fine. He should let the promoters decide when & where and just fight.

US promoters don't care about attracting live fans. All about casino site fees and TV handout money.

I still think Hopkins let himself be thrown on the floor, he was looking to get some points deducted from Dawson some, but just ended up hurting himself. This is like the third time Hopkins falls (once it was out of the ring).
