Danny Green vs. Krzysztof Wlodarczyk Nov 30th ?

According to the West Australian , former IBO champion Danny Green (31-4, 27KOs) is heading right back in the title picture. The Australian star has reached a deal to face WBC cruiserweight champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk (45-2-1, 32KOs) of Poland on November 30th at Perth's Challenge Stadium. It will be Green's first fight since getting knocked out in July by Antonio Tarver. Green had initially pushed for a rematch with Tarver, but appears to have passed on exercising the rematch clause. Even before the Tarver fight, Wlodarczyk had pushed for a meeting with Green in Australia.

so palacios loses a controversial decision against wlodarczyk and green gets demolished by tarver and instead of palacios getting a rematch, green gets a shot???

Green is worth a lot of money and that's why he gets the fight. It really is that simple.

tarver was guaranteed minimum $1.5 million by green.green is his own promoter,why he spent so much time promoting that fight.most here thought tarver was another rjj,so ppv sales were low,but with green hyping it & when tarver arrived,his attitude(no smack talking) etc ppv numbers were good.green has a good name here because he's viewed as how we expect our sports stars to be.confident,humble,respectful & committed to giving their best(polar to what mundine is).it's why even though he was hammered by tarver,green took his beating like a man & didn't offer excuses.that's why a green fight here will pay well.sounds corny,but that's more or less the aussie ethos.do your best,win with grace & lose with honour.
