As time goes by I can see Fedor rapidly dropping down that list. Honestly I feel he's a tad bit overrated by the hardcore fans, they fell in love with his mystique and mysterious persona.

Stop with your ignorance. Fedor hasn't done anything significant since Pride collapsed.

It's not ignorance it's the truth. If Anderson had dominated LHW then yeah but his division has been dead wood. He got absolutely dominated by Sonnen and just won. He's lucky there aren't any great wrestlers in his division. They are all found at WW and LHW.
