“The Pittsburgh Kid” Paul Spadafora has just started training camp at Buzz Garnic’s Round 2 Gym in California, Pennsylvania. The still unbeaten Spadafora (45-0-1, 19 KOs) is hoping a match against fellow former world champ Joan Guzman (30-0-1, 17 KOs) can be made for late August. The other fighter pictured is “Lighting” Rod Salka (12-1). He will be fighting August 26 just outside Pittsburgh.

what weight is this fight going to be contested at??? i don't know how the fuck Guzman still gets fights. i wish somebody would just hurry up and knock him the fuck out so he would go away. biggest waste of talent ever

both were big wastes of talent!!! Spadafora was a top 3 ranked guy at 135 from around 1999-2002. . Then time in the slammer for attempted murder, drugs, alcohol, parole violations, etc....
Guzman and Spadafora. 2 guys who wasted their careers but in different ways. Good riddance to them both.
