It's not a matter of "if HBO agreed." It's a matter of if Top Rank will make a deal with HBO to do it. At this point, there is no deal and Arum is talking with Showtime/CBS as well.

Aww yeah well I'd still prefer a similar show where we get to see Arum flip off Dan Rafael.

Seems Arum and HBO got some beef. Probably do to the favortism with GB. HBO putting counterprogramming Arum's Top Rank PPV probably going to make him make a deal with Showtime-CBS

It'll be because HBO favored Martinez over Cotto, Arum's the type of guy who takes it personal eg Marquez, Golden Boy.

K2 Promotions seem to be on the same page as Arum right now, both giving HBO the cold shoulder

I don't blame K2, since HBO pulled out committed fight Wlad had, and left him with no network, when could had it on Showtime.

I agree in part why HBO did it. When Klits fight in Germany, there fights bring in terrible ratings.

What I don't get is, why didn't they just cut how much going pay for a fight. Make it a little more then what Showtime would pay. Showtime doesn't pay over million for any fight. Yet HBO will. They'll outbid themselves.

If Klits got a problem with HBO lowballing them, HBO can tell them, they'll pay them more when fight in US and do the publicity in US to bring HBO better ratings.

Yeah, he could take Mosley vs Pac somewhere else. He could take that bullshit and stick it up his old ass.
