vs
John Molina 25(20)-3(1)-0
Badou Jack 14(10)-0-0
vs
Farah Ennis 21(12)-1-0
Christopher Pearson 7(6)-0-0
vs
Arturo Crespin 10(4)-2(1)-1
nothing special, but some good competitive fights. Bey and Jack are both pretty solid fighters, and these are most definitely their stiffest tests to date. I doubt either is "the next big thing" but should make for some entertaining scraps if you tune in. I'll check it out, i love shobox, the up and comer fights are usually much more entertaining then the big fights anyways. These guys still got nothing to lose so they fight their asses off.

shobox card was pretty good. Badou Jack looked great and got his win. the main event was kind of wild. Bey completely dominated the first 9 rounds, then kind of acted like an idiot in the 10th and got himself knocked out. 10th was a pretty damn good round overall actually.

Bey did win 7 of the 9 rounds and then seems to hurt Molina to the body in the 10th. Molina sucks it up and lands a big shot that hurt Bey bad. After that, he threw everything he had and forced the ref to stop it (which he rightfully did).BoxingGenius wrote:shobox card was pretty good. Fun fight. There were some momentum shifts.
First 3 rounds had Bey outclassing him.
Around 4th and 5th Molina seemed to be wearing Bey down a little bit. Bey got a second wind and started pulling well ahead. Then the great final round.
Have to love Dan Goosen. Great job in the corner. Simple directions. After a couple of rounds he told Molina he wanted the fastball straight down the middle (right hand). Molina gave it to him a bit in 4th and 5th and got into the fight. Then when things were getting away from Molina (after the 7th), he said something like , "8th round, 8, 9, 10. You are not getting a decision. You have to knock him out. " Great straightforward advice. Molina was down arguably 5-2 at the time and even if he were to somehow win the final 3 rounds, the judges would have found a way to give Bey the win (as he is a Mayweather Jr. fighter).
If you haven't seen it, look for ryan bivins (sweetboxing) on google. He'll have a download (of probably entire fight) and definitely final round.
It was 3 years since Molina KO'd lundy. since then he absolutely bombed against Demarco and looked bad in a couple of fights. He is a limited (but fun) guy. He comes to fight and maybe got himself another couple of paydays with that final round.
