other fighters should learn from the 140 pound fighters Empty other fighters should learn from the 140 pound fighters

it seems like the 140 pound weight class has solid guys in it that have put in the work and fought tough competition. LM has fought peterson, zab, alexander, soto, and a few other smaller named opponents. he has a couple controversial losses but has a potential to be a star. garcia has fought holt, campbell, khan, morales, and zab.

peterson has fought bradley, ortiz, khan, LM, and holt. khan has fought kotelnik, maidana, zab, peterson, and garcia. zab has been around a while but obviously has fought many big names. now rios and alvarado are at this weight and are willing to fight anybody.

im mainly showing this because most of these guys have fought each other and they are the top names in the division. some of them have also fought the top guys in the division before they moved up to WW. not only that but these fighters actually call out other fighters and are actually willing to fight. for example, khan called out bradley a ton and bradley chickened out. other than 168 (because of the tourney), no other weight class has top guys fighting each other like 140. thats why its probably my favorite weight class at the moment.

I completely agree. 140 right now is easily the most exciting and that is not debatable. I cant think of any other division that has that many top fighters actually fighting.

140 also has the most exciting fighter in boxing right now in LM. Only person I would say is close to as exciting is GGG.

there are a lot of trinket holders that win the trinket, then fight a lot of mandatories (which are not top 10 or often even top 15 guys). Refreshing when top 10 guys are willing to face top 10 guys every time (or every other time) out.

140 actually breaks the mold. they show that a loss is alright. if you are fighting the best, you can still be held in very high regard even with a few losses on your record.
