THE HEAVYWEIGHT PRETENDERS.

i just glanced at the top 50 or so hw fighters per boxing rec.all of us reaize the division is awfull but how awfull i didnt fully realize untill i looked at the pretenders.take the 2 k brothers out of there and david haye and you got no one that actualy can fight or knows how to.adamek does but nothing screams out at me that says hes special or even very good.yes in todays market perhaps.
david price stands out as one with possibites.he can punch jab outside of a fight or so ago where he looked regressing..mitchell fought 2 live dogs.weatherspoon who is yuck and banks who has some abilty but not one to write home about.helinus is a slow plodding joke.fury please..aerola can punch against mickey mouse fighters and has guts.ability.nope.
wilder and mitchel have both fought oposition that makes alex miteff look like king kong.the list of super mega bums is endless with povekin perhaps the best..throw up time.
we ask and say its time for some guys to step up.step up to what a bigger pile of crap.
if michell does win his next fight id love to see him fight wilder..the loser gets out of dodge and promises to stop pretending hes a contender.
none of them perhaps outside of price whos in his infancy still could or would actualy earn a real title shot against a legit champ.
price is actualy fightigng a top pretender in thompson or they want to make that fight.
yes the hw division was for 7 8 decades the prize of sports.a figh tfor the hw title was the super bowl the world series rolled into one night.yes the division i always felt history wise was the worst in boxing but the most charished.
can it get worse.yes take wlad vitali and haye out of there and whats left are guys the highly unskilled tony galento would mop the floor with inbetween beers.thats how much bar slop is out there in the division.

i agree. the division is horrible. i think that since its supposed to be so prominent in boxing, media tries to make people bigger deals than they are. if people with the same skill level were in the middle weight classes, nobody would have ever even heard of their names. and i dont even think the klits are good. they are just fortunate to be fighting with such bums in the division. i dont think that the klits would really be much of anything in just about any other era.

The HW division sucks. However, there is a bright spot in this situation. It pretty much proves boxing isn't fixed. If it was, they would've created a great show by now.
