at home sick day. could have worked, but from past experience it isn't whether or not you can work, but rather what is the chance you end up infesting the office. so how do you spend a sick day? sleeping, fluids, and when awake- Watching boxing!!!!

Salido vs Lopez II. Lopez dropping Salido in round 5 is still sick considering that Salido won the first 3 rounds (probably won the 4th) and was winning the 5th otherwise.

At end of year, this is going to be in the discussion with Rios vs alvarado for fight of the year

after the 2 salido fights, I don't think Lopez is ever going to be the same.

someone really should have showed Lopez how to:1 hold (he could shorten rounds with a little holding), 2-keep the chin tucked and not stand stick straight in close. He was inviting Salido to land the wide left hook and overhand right. 3-move his head; 4-don't stay on the ropes.

basically defense and strategy

round 9 Lopez really started firing, knowing he had to hurt the SOB.

amazing to me that a fighter gets fat. How hard is it to jog for 20-30 mins 3 days a week for the 2-3 months (that we now see) in between a fight and training camp. Of course guys like Juan Ma I picture gorging themselves and thinking that run is a four letter word.

Having a Puerto Rican wife and eating Puerto Rican cuisine for the last five years I can see how easy it is to get fat on that Island LOL. Loads of fried meat and tons of starches, no vegetables and rich deserts. It's delicious ( I mean delicious) but I do most of the cooking because if she cooks we'd be in diabetic comas.

I hear you. I have a friend who is married to a puerto rican woman and he is fighting to watch the weight.

i remember this fight. salido crushed juanma. i forgot that this fight happened this year. it seemed so long ago for some reason.

and getting fat in between fights is ridiculous. if you are making 6 figures in one fight, you probably arent working so that means pretty much everyday is filled with free time. make a schedule to workout at least a little everyday. workout an hour, then spend the next 10 doing whatever you want.

no shit. get up when your kids get up for school. drop them off and then go jog for 30 mins. Head home and get to spend all day doing whatever you want.
