Al Haymon Saturday Night Special

Post  gomez1012 on Wed Mar 09, 2011 11:47 am

I was told by multiple sources on Monday night that HBO would be staging a doubleheader on June 11th featuring the return of Paul Williams and...Adrien Broner in what is another Al Haymon Saturday Night Special. I can see why Williams is being brought back; in many ways, he’s earned it. But Broner? Well, it helps to be a part of the HBO (Haymon Boxing Organization) that runs HBO, seemingly.

lmao believe it or not broner has a big following in cincy....now you add williams to the mix and hype up a fight between him and pavlik (who's from ohio) and you could draw a big crowd.

I have a feeling Broner's return is down to the HBO buffoons. They always want to manufacture an African American star to cater to the black market.

Williams camp claim he won't be facing a cream puff in June, I'd like to see Williams vs Vanes or Rhodes. Oh yeah that's right he's returning to Welterweight Mad

Greenberg and Davis getting fired can't happen soon enough

So let's reward Broner for is "great" performance by giving him another guranteed HBO date

"Despite what folks may write or say or tweet at me, Adrien Broner is not ticketed for an HBO undercard in June from what I am told."
